    The best way to order is to browse our web site or look at one of our catalogs and after you have found what you want, print out the order form and complete it as much as possible, and on a separate piece of paper layout the artwork the way you would like. Add additional names if each product will have different names. Fax or mail the information to us and our highly trained graphic artist will take your draft and layout your artwork to fit the product accordingly. We will then send you a paper proof to get your o.k. and start your order.

    Follow the easy steps below for ordering.

1. Download an order form or we can fax you an order form. 2. Complete the order form. If you have any questions, call us and we'll help. 3. Email or fax the order form to 508-764-8264 4. If you want a logo included send the logo to artwork@bmawards.com or mail it in. If using email the artwork must be in tiff, pcx, doc, or cdr formats. If you would like you can call us and give us your information over the phone.
