What method of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and checks.
Do you charge for engraving?
All our prices include laser engraving, art work set up and assembly.
Do I get a quantity discount if the plaques I
ordered are the same except for one or two line changes?
Yes. You can use the discount price if only one or two lines of text will
change. We charge $1.25 extra to engrave the new text.
How long does it take to get an order?
We typically get paper proofs for your o.k. out in 24 hours and complete the
order within 72 hours after that. If you need something sooner let us know. We
usually can accommodate your time frame.
What are the requirements for artwork?
We are pc based and accept cdr., tiff., or pcx. files. We can also take
black and white hard
copy art work and scan it into the computer.
Can I get a sample?
We can supply samples but a refundable deposit is required. The price for the sample is
the one piece price plus shipping. We will refund your deposit minus any shipping when the
item is returned.
What are the shipping charges?
For orders over $500.00 we ship for free. For orders less than
$500.00 we ship at the published UPS rate.
Do you offer a printed catalog?
We have two catalogs available. One is a corporate catalog that has
wood plaques and desk items in it and also a trophy catalog perfect for sport
teams or academic organizations.
What if I don't see what I want on your site?
Call us or e-mail us. We have a lot of items that we have not put in our
site yet. We're sure we can give you a better engraved product at a lower price.
